Fix & Fogg Almond Butter Banana Bread Ingredients ✓ 3 overly ripe All Good Bananas ✓ 1/3 cup melted butter ✓ 1/3 cup pure maple syrup ✓ 1 tsp vanilla extract ✓ 3 eggs ✓ 1 tsp baking soda ✓ 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar ✓ 1/2 cup Fix & Fogg Almond Butter ✓ 2 tsp cinnamon ✓ 1 cup flour ✓ 1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate/chocolate chips Method #1 Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celsius and line a loaf tin (15 x 24 cm) with baking paper #2 Combine all the ingredients except the flour and chocolate in your food processor and blend until smooth (Alternatively, you can mash the bananas and mix everything together by hand- like mama in the olden days!) #3 Sift the flour into a big mixing bowl and add your wet mix, stirring until just combined #4 Lastly, stir through the chocolate and pour into your prepared tin #5 Bake for 45-50 mins until springy to touch and skewer/knife comes out clean #6 Leave to cool in the tin before turning out and slicing, or even better, enjoy warm and slathered in the rest of the almond butter from your jar
Close Tony’s Chocolonely Chocolate, Banana & Raspberry Loaf Ingredients ✓ 2 cups white spelt flour i you can also use regular flour here ✓ 1 tsp baking powder ✓ ½ tsp baking soda ✓ ½ tsp cinnamon ✓ 3/4 cup caster sugar ✓ 2 eggs ✓ 2 very ripe All Good FairTrade bananas, mashed well ✓ 1 tsp apple cider vinegar ✓ 1 tsp vanilla essence ✓ ½ cup melted butter or coconut oil ✓ ½ cup All Good oat milk ✓ 135g Tony’s Chocolonely 70% dark chocolate, chopped into chunks ✓ 1 cup frozen raspberries i do not defrost before use Method #1 Preheat the oven to 175°C. #2 Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon into a large bowl. Stir through the sugar. #3 In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, mashed banana, vinegar, vanilla, melted butter and milk. Stir through the chopped chocolate. #4 Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour in the wet ingredients. Use a wooden spoon or spatula to bring the mix together. Do not over mix it. #5 Pour into a greased or lined 23x12cm loaf pan and smooth out the top. #6 Gently press the raspberries into the top of the batter. #7 Bake for 50-60 minutes, until a skewer comes out clean when inserted. #8 Leave to cool in the tin for 30 minutes before transferring to a rack. #9 Once cool, store in an airtight container for 4 days.
Close Banana, Carrot & Zucchini Loaf Ingredients ✓ 1 very ripe banana i spotty and brown is good! ✓ 4 free-range eggs – lightly beaten ✓ 1 teaspoon vanilla essence ✓ ¼ cup sugar, i I like to use unrefined golden sugar ✓ i Can increase sugar to ½ cup if more sweetness is desired ✓ ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon ✓ 1 large carrot – grated i squeeze tightly to remove liquid ✓ 1 large zucchini - grated i squeeze very tightly to remove liquid ✓ 2 cups almond meal ✓ 1 cup desiccated coconut ✓ ¾ teaspoon baking soda ✓ 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar Method #1 Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius. #2 Mash the banana thoroughly and combine in a bowl with the eggs. Whisk in the vanilla essence, sugar and cinnamon. #3 Stir in the carrot and zucchini gently. Add the almond meal, coconut, baking soda and apple cider vinegar. Mix well. #4 Pour into a lined 23cm loaf tin. #5 Bake for approximately 60 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean with inserted. Allow to cool completely before serving. #6 Can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Close Maple Walnut Banana Bread Ingredients ✓ 2 eggs ✓ 1/3 cup butter, softened ✓ 1/3 cup maple syrup ✓ 2 brown All Good bananas, mashed ✓ 1 teaspoon vanilla essence ✓ 1/2 cup greek yoghurt ✓ 1 teaspoon baking soda ✓ 1 1/2 cups gluten free flour ✓ Pinch of salt ✓ 1/2 cup chopped walnuts i or choc chips Method #1 Pre heat the oven to 180°c. #2 Whip the eggs, then add the butter and maple syrup and mix well. Add the mashed bananas, yoghurt, baking soda, vanilla and salt. #3 Mix in the flour until combined, and stir through chopped walnuts (or chocolate chips). Pour the batter into a lined loaf pan and if desired, place an extra banana, sliced in half, on top. #4 Bake for 50 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean. Let the bread cool in the tin. #5 Enjoy!

Chai Spiced Banana Bread Ingredients ✓ 2 large very-ripe All Good Fairtrade Bananas ✓ 1 teaspoon vanilla essence ✓ 1/2 cup light muscovado sugar i you could halve this amount for a lower-sugar option ✓ 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon ✓ 1 teaspoon ground cardamom ✓ 1 teaspoon ground ginger ✓ ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg ✓ 4 eggs ✓ 2 ½ cups almond meal ✓ ½ cup spelt flour i or brown rice flour to make gluten free ✓ 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar ✓ 3/4 teaspoon baking soda ✓ ½ cup dark choc chips Method #1 Preheat oven to fan bake 170 degrees Celsius. #2 Place the All Good Bananas, vanilla essence, sugar, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger and nutmeg into a food processor. #3 Blitz until smooth. #4 Add the remaining ingredients (except chocolate chips) and run for 1 minute. #5 Tip the batter into a bowl and stir through the chocolate chips. #6 Pour batter into a lined 23cm loaf tin. #7 Bake for 60 minutes until a skewer comes out clean when inserted. #8 Leave in the tin for 30 minutes before cooling on a baking rack.
